Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If an exchange is approved, LUMEGEM covers the shipping cost for the replacement shipment.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged after wear. Unopened earrings in original condition may be eligible. Customized or engraved items cannot be returned for a change-of-mind after production begins; customization details may be changed before production starts.
